In order to make a comparison, you have to define either side of the comparison using \u300c\u65b9\u300d\uff08\u307b\u3046\uff09 and\/or \u300c\u3088\u308a\u300d. \u300c\u65b9\u300d defines the direction the comparison is leaning toward while \u300c\u3088\u308a\u300d defines the side it’s leaning away from. The important thing to remember is that \u300c\u65b9\u300d is a noun while \u300c\u3088\u308a\u300d is a particle. Another particle often used in making comparisons is \u300c\u307b\u3069\u300d, which describes the extent of something.<\/p>\n
